Yes, the first class is free. No sign-up, no commitment. If you like it, we'll talk.

I have no experience — is that OK?

Most people arrive with none. Nobody puts you into sparring on day one; you start with stance and basic movement.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes, water and slippers. If a gi is needed we lend you one for the first classes.

Are there women-only classes?

Current groups are mixed. If there is demand for a women-only group we will look at running one — a WhatsApp message is a real signal to us.
